Clear terms for every order.

Product availability, final price, delivery, warranty and the accepted payment method are confirmed before an order is paid.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after the verified payment provider confirms payment, or after an approved bank transfer is manually verified. A cart does not reserve stock.

Delivery

Delivery cost and timing are shown before payment. Tracking is provided where the appointed courier supports it.

Returns and warranty

Returns and warranty claims are assessed under the Consumer Protection Act and the specific supplier warranty shown on the product and order confirmation.
